As a Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers and an essential part of our Customer Service team. You will ensure a smooth and customer-oriented handling of inquiries and requests, always thinking one step ahead. With your proactive attitude and quick decision-making, you will ensure that our clients can count on top-quality service, day in and day out.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for customers with practical questions or requests;

  • Lead on-site operational meetings and linen inventories, working closely with clients to proactively identify solutions and ensure seamless service;

  • Communicate with colleagues in production, independently resolve bottlenecks, and think in terms of solutions;

  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our service;

  • Work closely with the Customer Service Team Leader and the Account Managers;

  • Keep customer information and actions accurately updated in our CRM system.

Job requirements

As a Customer Service representative at Nedlin Hospitality, you have a strong sense of sales and customer service.


What this role requires from you

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Facility Management, Commercial Management, or a related field;

  • Fluency in English and/or German is a plus and will give you an edge in our international environment;

  • A proactive personality with strong communication skills and commercial insight;

  • You enjoy organizing, coordinating, and always thinking ahead;

  • You are flexible and can maintain an overview, even in unexpected situations;

  • You want to further develop your skills in an environment that is as ambitious as you.
