Laundry Production Worker

As a laundry production employee, you are our laundry hero. You transform our customers’ laundry into fresh and spotless textiles. Together with your friendly team, you make sure everything looks perfect and is delivered to the customer on time. Our fantastic machines take care of the washing, ironing, and folding but they need you to get the job done right. Each week, across our three laundries, we process over 650,000 kg of spotless textiles for hospitals, hotels, cruise ships, manufacturing companies, and care centers. Dive into our warm environment, earn an attractive gross hourly wage of €14.06 plus various bonuses and 25 vacation days.

As a laundry production employee, you can count on good working conditions. You have the option to work day shifts (from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), split shifts (from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM), or evenings only. This means you can get a contract ranging from 8 to 36 hours per week. And what else?

• An hourly wage of €14.40 gross per hour (for ages 21 and older). After 6 months of employment, your wage increases to €15.00 gross per hour, plus a year end bonus of 5.33% on this hourly wage;

• An hourly wage of €11.52 gross per hour (for ages 15 to 20);

Key responsibilities

• Sorting laundry;

• Operating folding machines;

• Hanging clothing on hooks, which is then ironed by our machine;

• Packing clothing for our customers.
  

Your team

You belong to our fantastic team of laundry production workers at one of our plants in Elsloo or Hoensbroek. You work side by side with a group of awesome colleagues. Each team, consisting of 5 to 15 employees, is like a small family within our larger Nedlin family. Fun activities are regularly organized. For example, we celebrate Easter and Christmas together.
