High allowances

For certain positions, you work outside of office hours. You can count on high allowances for evening and overtime hours, rewarding your hard work even more.

Year-end bonus

You receive a fixed year-end bonus of 5.33% (in accordance with the Textile Care Collective Labor Agreement). This is paid out with your last salary of the year.

Good pension scheme

You accrue pension through our pension fund Bpf MITT in an average salary arrangement (we pay 2/3 and you pay 1/3). The pension is based on the average salary (capped) you have earned in the years you have worked for us or in the sector.

Vacation days

With us, you receive 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment). Additionally, our vacation pay is higher than average, at 8.33% of your annual salary.
