Job description
Start your day at Nedlin – together, with ambition and impact.
Are you a real go-getter, full of energy, love being on the road, and do you have a customer-friendly and service-minded attitude? At Nedlin, we see driving as a true profession — and we'd love to teach it to you.
Then our training program from Category B Driver to C/CE Truck Driver is the perfect opportunity for you!
Nedlin is experiencing strong growth — in size, clients, and team. Currently, we employ over 450 colleagues within our family-owned company, and we are very proud of that! We're also proud to be Europe’s smartest and most sustainable laundry facility. In our new, state-of-the-art plant (opened in January 2023), everything is washed more efficiently, more sustainably, and more (c)lean.
What do we do at Nedlin?
We provide laundry services for three key sectors:
Industry – large and medium-sized industrial companies
Healthcare – academic hospitals, nursing homes, psychiatric institutions
Hospitality – holiday parks, hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships
Throughout the day, our drivers leave for customer locations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. No overnight stays required — you'll be home every evening.
Our customers include hotels, hospitals, care centers, and production companies. As a driver, you often navigate through busy city centers and handle the loading and unloading of roll containers yourself. That means you'll need a good level of physical fitness and confident driving skills in challenging situations.
To help you succeed, we’ve created a driver handbook with all the essential rules and guidelines — and you'll be paired with a buddy during your training.
You’ll usually drive a fixed route, visiting the same locations regularly. This gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships with your customers.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Delivering and collecting workwear, linen, and laundry in roll containers
Acting as the main point of contact for our customers on-site
Reporting issues and customer feedback to our Account Managers
Communicating delays or problems to the planning team
Strictly following traffic and safety rules — on the road and at the customer’s location
Job requirements
You have the ambition to obtain your C(E) driving license
You are available from Monday to Friday
You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

What can you expect from us?
A challenging and interesting work environment with plenty of development opportunities
A well-maintained and diverse fleet of vehicles
Excellent allowances for working special hours
The possibility to work 3-4 days on a full-time basis (if desired)
Start times between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM, with shifts that can last up to 12 hours per day
A great team of colleagues who will support you during your onboarding and help you settle in comfortably
A family-oriented and positive atmosphere: celebrating special moments together, a Christmas bonus, an annual family day, and outings organized by our staff association
Fresh fruit every week
A salary of €15.73 gross per hour based on 40 hours — with salary growth once you have obtained your full C(E) driving license
25 vacation days
