At Nedlin Hospitality, we process large volumes of linen daily for hotels, wellness resorts, and holiday parks in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our customers expect top quality and punctual delivery and you ensure we deliver on this promise.

You are visible on the shop floor every day and maintain an overview of the entire production process. You directly manage three shift leaders and production supervisors, and indirectly a team of approximately 125 employees, consisting of production workers, foremen, and coordinators (both permanent and flexible staff). With your coaching and results-driven approach, you motivate people, improve processes, and flawlessly meet customer agreements. You work according to the LEAN methodology and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• A full-time position (40 hours) in day shifts;

Key responsibilities

• Leading and coaching shift leaders, production supervisors, and indirectly approximately 125 employees;

• Organizing daily work meetings and ensuring a clear structure in management and execution;

• Monitoring the entire production process to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations;

• Optimizing production and personnel planning;

• Identifying bottlenecks, initiating improvement proposals, and ensuring their implementation;

• Collaborating with the technical department to maintain continuity in production;

• Serving as the point of contact for employment agencies and managing employee inflow, throughput, and outflow;

• Working closely with the commercial and transport departments to ensure customer commitments are met;

• Translating the plant’s objectives into concrete KPIs for production, such as productivity, quality, delivery reliability, order & cleanliness, and workplace atmosphere.

What this role requires from you

• You have at least five years of experience as a leader in a dynamic production environment;

• You have experience coaching and managing supervisors;

• You possess Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) working and thinking skills (higher professional education level);

• You are a true people manager with a focus on results and connection;

• You have strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset;

• You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• You are LEAN-minded, continuously seeking improvement, and you dare to take ownership.
