As Head of Technical Services at Nedlin, you are the technical mastermind behind our Hospitality Plant in Elsloo. You’ll lead a team of about 8 technicians and ensure our advanced machinery operates at peak performance. You plan preventive maintenance, oversee technical improvement projects, and serve as the key link between people, technology, production, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Leading a team of approximately 8–10 technicians;

• Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance;

• Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analyses;

• Initiating and supervising investment and improvement projects;

• Managing the maintenance management system;

• Collaborating with the Plant Manager and Production Management on process optimization;

• Maintaining contacts with suppliers and external partners;

• Planning and delegating tasks effectively within the team.

What this role requires from you

• A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a technical field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering);

• At least 5 years of leadership experience;

• Strong organizational and managerial skills;

• Budget-conscious and experienced in working within financial constraints;

• Analytical, results-oriented, and independent;

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken).
