At Nedlin Industry, we process workwear and industrial textiles from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany on a daily basis. These items are cleaned using sustainable and innovative methods in one of the most advanced industrial laundries in Europe. Where state of the art machinery meets dedicated people committed to quality.
Due to our growth ambitions, we are expanding our team. As New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
Your commercial efforts will raise the profile of Nedlin Industry, strengthen our market position, and lead to qualified leads, proposals, and lasting customer relationships.
You will report to the Commercial Director Industry and work closely with a fellow new business development colleague, as well as internal stakeholders such as marketing, logistics, and operations.

Key responsibilities
Map out potential markets in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany;
Develop a strategic business development plan together with colleagues;
Create and execute targeted sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing;
Generate leads through proactive and focused acquisition;
Attend networking events and build relationships within the industrial sector;
Promote the vision and strategy of Nedlin Industry to key stakeholders;
Organize customer presentations, laundry site visits, and meetings;
Identify new market needs and service opportunities;
Draft, negotiate, and close commercial proposals and contracts;
Manage and maintain the sales funnel in our CRM system;
Ensure smooth implementation in collaboration with account management, production, and logistics teams.
Job requirements
What this role requires from you
Bachelor (HBO) level of education and thinking;
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector;
Strong commercial drive with a results-oriented mindset;
Comfortable with cold acquisition and relationship building;
Excellent communication skills: professional, clear, and persuasive;
A sharp eye for business opportunities and the creativity to act on them;
Energetic, ambitious, persistent and with a healthy sense of humor;
Willingness to invest in long-term success for yourself and your clients;
You enjoy being on the road but also know how to stay connected with your internal team.
