Over the course of one year, you’ll follow an intensive training program led by experienced trainers and senior managers, who will teach you the leadership and technical skills needed for the role. If you have at least MBO-level working and thinking skills and an affinity for production or logistics, you can join the traineeship for Production Manager.
If you hold an Bachelor level education or equivalent mindset and skills, you can either start directly in the Shift Leader traineeship or follow it after completing the Production Manager program.
The traineeship officially starts on September 1st, but early entry is certainly possible.

Guidance, coaching, various training opportunities, and plenty of room for growth and development;
A close-knit team that genuinely supports you;
The option to work four days a week or in staggered shifts;
A permanent contract upon successful completion of the traineeship.
You will lead production coordinators and/or production managers and report to the Head of Production. Indirectly, you’ll also be managing operators and production staff, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
