Deputy Production Coordinator in Elsloo

You will combine hands-on work on the shop floor with temporarily leading a team, ensuring that the production process remains efficient and of high quality.

What will you do?

As a Deputy Production Coordinator in Elsloo, you take over leadership of the team in the coordinator’s absence. You manage production employees, monitor progress, and actively participate in the production process.

• Temporarily lead a team of production employees

• Motivate and guide colleagues on the work floor

• Monitor quality and progress of production

• Identify and resolve minor technical issues

• Coordinate with other departments within the organization

• Support in the production process where necessary

What we offer:

• An hourly wage of €15.45 (based on 36 hours per week, excluding allowances)

• 8.33% holiday allowance and a fixed year-end bonus of 5.33% of your gross annual salary (in line with the Textile Care Collective Labor Agreement)

• An additional allowance of €0.40 per hour worked

• A 36-hour workweek

• 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment)
