I started as an intern at Nedlin and returned after graduation as a maintenance planner. I made the conscious decision to commute daily from Kessel because I already knew the people and the system, but most importantly: here, I can learn a lot. That learning curve is very important to me. Thanks to the advanced machinery and the variety of components, my work remains diverse and technically challenging. I am a crucial link between technical operations and execution: from scheduling technicians to arranging parts when production is at risk of stopping. At the same time, I feel the freedom to contribute ideas for innovation. For example, I helped initiate a project to solve steam issues in small washing machines.
