For me, working at Nedlin is about more than just a job title. It’s a place where I can challenge myself, grow, and truly make a difference. I started on the production floor, quickly learned to take initiative, and gave space to my ambition. Today, I lead my own team and oversee quality and planning. I don’t want to spend my whole life on the floor. I want to work smarter and keep developing myself. Even though my home situation currently limits my flexibility, I always think ahead. I take responsibility, contribute ideas, and keep looking for ways to grow. What makes my job special is the collaboration, not hierarchical, but equal. I always give 120%, and in return, I’m trusted. That’s why I want to stay here.
