Frank – Production Manager

“I truly feel like a valuable asset on the floor. And that trust grows with you.” More than thirty years ago, I started as a production worker at Nedlin. Since then, I have progressed to Production Manager in Hoensbroek, a role that is much broader than many might think. Besides managing production, I am the point of contact for technical issues, employees, and collaboration with other departments. It’s precisely the combination of structure and daily variety that keeps the job challenging for me. If you know how to get things done and thrive on a dynamic environment, this is a job that never gets boring.

What I probably value most is how I have grown personally. I now understand the importance of listening well, involving people, and passing on my knowledge to new colleagues. I notice every day that Nedlin continues to invest in that.
