I joined Nedlin through a marketing internship but eventually found my place in the commercial back office. Now, as a Customer Service Team Leader, I feel at home in the dynamic environment of customer inquiries, solutions, and teamwork. The combination of supportive colleagues, freedom to take initiative, and direct contact with customers makes my work both meaningful and varied. I gain energy from the conversations, brainstorming, and solving problems, big and small.
