For me, working at Nedlin is more than just a job; it’s a growth journey that has shaped my life. Ten years ago, I started on the production floor, and today I lead a team and am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Facility Management on my own initiative, supported by Nedlin. I do this alongside my full-time workweek and caring for my young family. It’s challenging, but if you want to achieve something, you have to really go for it. The support from Nedlin in time and trust gave me the space to make my ambitions come true.

I started as a rough diamond. Nedlin has shaped me into who I am today. That development does not go unnoticed: at home, I see how my efforts inspire my children. My oldest is already talking about university. At work, I also show what is possible when you step up and take responsibility. I don’t want to be a boss; I want to be a leader. Someone who shows what can be achieved when you commit. What started for me as temporary help became a permanent place precisely because I was given the chance and I took it.
