Everyone knows each other, you’re listened to, and everything is simply well organized.” As a driver at Nedlin, I experience the variety and freedom of the job every day. After four years on and off the road including time as fleet manager and planner I feel right at home in my role. The regular routes create familiarity and real connections with customers, sometimes even over a cup of coffee. That personal contact simply makes the job more enjoyable. For many customers, I’ve become a familiar and trusted face.

I also feel connected to the team, even though drivers often work independently. When things get busy, we step in to help one another. Outside of work, we play football together, have drinks, and take part in driver events.
